Lost at the bottom of the ocean, your choices will be decisive... Vincent Lenoir, the traitorous agent, fled in 1989 and was spotted in a US maritime military building. He appears to have entered it in an attempt to evade the agency. His son Arthur, now a member of Escape Time, was sent on a mission to neutralize him.
