Samen met zijn broer Hendrick pleegde Werner jarenlang berovingen en moorden. De broers waren in de verre omtrek gevreesd! Torenhoge proceskosten tegen de roofridders, brachten het bestaan van het kasteel in gevaar. Aan de hand van een brief die Hendrick aan Werner geschreven heeft vanuit de gevangenis gaan jullie op pad en komen op prachtige historische plekken waar de gebroeders al die jaren geleden ook zijn geweest!
