The Bloom Gala Case
On Saturday August 15, 2008, Tom Biggins, the financial and political celebrity, attended the unveiling of a new Pop Art exhibit at the Bloom Gallery of 20th Century Art (BG20) outside of Midtown Atlanta, in Dogwood Heights. In the midst of a gala dinner celebrating the exhibit’s opening that same night, Biggins’ dead body turned up in the back stairwell. Police and detectives quickly arrived at the scene, securing interviews from guests and the wait staff alike. However, authorities quickly abandoned the case. The public fixated on Tom’s mysterious death, as the absence of any official story gave breath to far-fetched theories. A year later, in June of 2009, an anonymous blog post recaptured the public eye. According to this anonymous blog poster, Tom was using the gala as an elaborate cover to obtain a stolen cultural treasure, smuggled out of Papua New Guinea. Somehow, instead of securing this illicit treasure, Tom Biggins met his end. The current whereabouts of this treasure, a ceremonial mask belonging to the people of Papua New Guinea, remain unknown. Perhaps, uncovering the truth behind Tom’s death will lead to the repatriation of this sacred artifact to the community which wrought it. You and your team of Cold Case Crackers, surrounded by immense media pressure, have been entrusted with uncovering the truth behind closed doors in 2008. Your suspects are the attendees of the gala dinner, each moguls and magnates of wealth and business in their own right. Based on the content of police interviews conducted the night of Tom’s death, five major suspects have been identified who require your immediate attention: Giuseppe Serpente (The Pet Dealer) Simi Everlynn (The Curator) Bella Petro (The Oil Baron) Ollie Hogwash (The Distiller) Riley Cyan (The Salesman) The major packet of evidence contains everything the police obtained the night of and in the days following August 15th. Clearwater Hotel Murders Case
On Thursday, March 13, 2005, a body was discovered at a vacant rental property in Timberville, Florida. This killing was the first in a string of three murders that brought the town its first serial killer. All the victims had been guests at The Clearwater Hotel and were abducted the day they checked in. The police connected all of the killings through calling cards left by the suspect. Each victim was murdered seven days after they were taken. Original suspects include: Lisa Mudd (the hotel manager) Luke Spivey (the podcaster) Gary Atkins (the realtor) Erik Stallings (the security guard) Jason Pike (the valet) All 5 of these suspects cooperated with investigators by providing statements and fingerprints. The last killing occurred in November of 2005 and due to a lack of evidence in the case, the heinous serial killer remained at large, and the case went cold. On December 4, 2006, a visiting heiress by the name of Caitlin Bradshaw went missing after checking into her hotel. Police found a calling card in her room and forensically matched it to those found at the murders from2005. This new development revealed to police that there are two victims of The Clearwater Hotel killer who are unknown. The town is now on edge knowing that The Clearwater Hotel killer has reemerged. Police believe if Caitlin is not found by the seventh day, then this killer will claim their sixth victim. Given the high priority of this case, both state and federal agencies have called upon the Cold Case Crackers. With help from this elite detective team, the Town of Timberville hopes to save Caitlin, bring this serial killer to justice, and stop this madness once and for all.

Fairlake Heist Case
On Thursday January 27, 2005, a group of three armed perpetrators entered Broadway Savings and Loan to carry out a planned heist. The group managed to steal over 2 million dollars from safety deposit boxes and cash drawers. During the heist one of the perpetrators shot and killed a security guard in the bank. Three days later, during the investigation, police tracked two of the perpetrators to a hotel. The officers on scene found them both dead, and it is believed that the remaining team member killed them both and is the mastermind of the entire heist. Original suspects for the mastermind include: Austin Woods (the pilot) Neil Turner (the bank manager) Alex Hartman (the I.T. specialist) Charles Gibson (the professor) Henry Pratt (the ex-con) All 5 of these original suspects cooperated with investigators and provided statements and fingerprints. Detectives collected evidence and followed all leads at the time. However, there was not enough evidence to confirm any suspect as the mastermind. The case went cold and the suspect responsible for the heist and three murders is still on the loose. A year and a half later detectives got a break in the case when they arrested an infamous criminal who traffics in stolen goods. The notorious smuggler and trafficker of stolen goods Jimmy Hobbs. He was arrested in possession of a gold watch that was listed among the items stolen during the bank heist in 2005. Police know that Jimmy was out of the country during the heist but believe that he could have important information as to who the mastermind is. The lead detective, Vicki Price, jumped at the chance to follow this important break in case and questioned Jimmy at the prison. While interviewing Jimmy, she was able to gain valuable information about the heist. In addition, she obtained a map and cypher that was used by the mastermind in the planning of the heist. After receiving this new information, Detective Price enlisted help from the Cold Case Crackers. She believes that the new evidence will be key to identifying the mastermind, seeing justice be served, and bringing closure to all those affected.

12th Street Theater Case
Local theater owner Victoria Frankle was murdered on Thursday April 4, 2002 at a theater in downtown Edston. In an attempt to cover their tracks and finish the job, the killer set fire to the theater. Original suspects include: Malcolm Frankle (The Husband) Maggie Cooper (The Best Friend) Angela Witherson (The Actress) Franklin Rooks (The Local Business Owner) Donnie Dylan (The Stagehand) All 5 of these original suspects cooperated fully with investigators and provided statements and fingerprints. However, given the lack of physical evidence recovered from the fire, the case went cold and was never solved. Two years later, local business owner Franklin Rooks attempted to purchase the property where the theater was located only to determine the property was not in the name of Malcolm or Victoria Frankle. The name on the deed was listed as one Caleb Towers. Police work determined that Caleb was the previously unknown son of Victoria from a previous marriage who was never questioned in the original investigation. After finding this information, detectives Irvine and Trapper went to speak to Caleb and found out that he has struggled tremendously over the last two years knowing his mom’s murder was unsolved. He was able to provide insight into his mother’s case and a piece of potential evidence. After getting new information and seeing what this unsolved murder has done to the family left behind the detectives enlisted help from the Cold Case Crackers to finally bring justice to the killer and closure to the family left behind. Addenberg Train Bomber Case
On Sunday June 22, 2003 an unknown person detonated an explosive on a passenger train outside the city of Addenberg, New York. The explosive device killed five people and wounded another eight in the blast. Original suspects include: Thomas Albany (The Blogger) Karen Cole (The Conductor) Tyler Vaughn (The Lieutenant) Ed Golic (The Political Activist) Robert Townes (The Railyard Worker) All 5 of these original suspects cooperated with investigators and provided statements and fingerprints. However, given the lack of evidence from the bombing, the case has gone cold and the unknown subject responsible for the gruesome attack has escaped justice. A year and a half later, police managed to find an online server used by the Addenberg bomber. The forensic and technology departments have tried to gain access but were unable to crack into it. The head detective is confident that the files contained on the server are directly from the unknown subject. The bomber had originally sent a threatening letter to the police on June 15, 2003 and another alarming movement in the case came just two days ago on January 17, 2005 when a second letter showed up. Investigators were able to confirm a link between the letters and authenticated the second letter to be from the Addenberg bomber. Like the first letter, it mentioned an attack that will happen in seven days. With only 5 days left, the head detective has enlisted help from the Cold Case Crackers to finally bring justice to the bomber, closure to the families of the victims, and to stop the new bomb from hurting any more innocent people.
