Fast forward to ten years later…the city of Jonesville had recently been experiencing an influx of missing persons cases. Little did they know that during the macabre circus’s long forgotten about trip to town, they had left someone – or perhaps something behind. As citizens of Jonesville, Michigan continued to go missing, leaving the town grappling with an unsolvable mystery, a dark force grew within the winding hallways of Darksyde Acres Haunted House. Entering the domain of this deranged misfit crew is sure to both tickle your funny bone and prey on your worst fears. This ever-growing haunted circus always has room for one more. Newly redesigned in 2016, Klownetowne is an in-your-face intense experience that is sure to keep you coming back for more comical fright. Don’t let the bright, neon atmosphere and misleading laughter fool you. Entry into Darksyde’s own maniacal Halloween circus is a one-way ticket to a unique scare that is sure to please all ages.

Closing November 2 - An old cemetery outside of town. As far as anyone remembers or knows, it's been there - next to the old woods and with its maze of hedges, tombstones and old mausoleums - for as long as the town has been. Maybe even longer. It's sat quietly like cemeteries tend to do. But recently, something strange is happening amongst the graves. Movement. Noises. Disturbances. Unnatural things. Some say evil things. You are drawn to the place. Curiosity getting the best of you, or because something unseen wants you there? Either way, are you prepared for the terrors that await your arrival at New Life Cemetery?

Temporarily Closed - In 1956 a warehouse was built to house products to be sold to the general public. From the outside it looked like any other building with windows and doors. But for those that worked within it, there was a feeling of unease. Many employees talked about cold spots that occurred all year long, summer or winter. Others swore they saw shadows walk past them, sometimes the shadows would reach-out to them leaving marks on their bodies. This went on for years, the building changed ownership, but the same things happened. Then in 2011 the current owners built a new facility and left the building vacant. Over the next three years neighbors reported to local police that they heard screams and saw lights in the vacant building. The police searched the building on several visits but found it empty. Then in 2015, the owners of Indiana Fields of Fear Haunted Attraction signed a lease with the owners. As they began to move in their workers felt the same sensations as past employees. Wabash Valley Paranormal was called into to bring their equipment to the building and determine if it held true ghosts. After three investigations including one with a local Journal and Courier Reporter, they have deemed the building truly haunted. The one thing that has occurred since their investigations is that all involved have developed severe nightmares that are so real that they wake up with marks over their bodies. They believe they somehow open a portal to another world, one that allows nightmares to attach to all that enter the building. SO if you dare, enter Evil on Erie, house of nightmares, where your dreams really do come true!
